In a distance of only 80 kms from Thessaloniki airport, on the Kassandra peninsula lies Afitos (Athitos), one of the most picturesque and traditional villages of Halkidiki. The visitor can choose between relaxing at the small sandy gulfs (beaches of Ag.Nikolaos-Liosi, Moudounou, Afitis, Varkes and Valopetres) next to the clean, magnificently turquoise-coloured-sea, and strolling through the paths of the traditional settlement, the history of which is deeply rooted in antiquity. Walking on the cobblestone paths of the village, one goes back in time and has the feeling of being on a Greek island surrounded by well preserved and restored stone-built houses.

The ELIA Apartments has taken into consideration this unique character of the village and established a complex of apartments which harmonically fits into the village style with small buildings scattered οn a site of 2000 m2 with a garden of 540 m2 and a pool area of 270 m2.

The composition of the site has put emphasis on the planning of the outdoors and especially the garden  so that the most ideal prospects for the best living of its users are granted. The carefully designed tiled roofs and the consideration for special sun protection on the balconies with pergolas and canvas tents ensure a comfortable summer stay. The easy access to every point of the complex does not interfere with the privacy and quietness of each apartment.

The maisonettes have an extra WC on the ground floor.
Sheets and towels are changed every 4 days and the cleaning is daily except Sundays. For small children we offer baby cots and high chairs. For those who wish, breakfast is served at an extra charge, in buffet style.
